- 24/7 maintenance for hotel equipment (damage due to negligence is chargeable)
- Parking: 1 space per One Bedroom Apartment

- 24/7 security & concierge
- Utilities included: A/C, water, electricity
- Complimentary Wi-Fi + Chromecast available
