Begin your evening with fresh salads and cold mezzeh such as hummus, moutabel, tabbouleh, fattoush, okra salad, and vine leaves. Enjoy classic soups and starters including lentil soup, meat kibbeh, falafel, and fatayer, followed by hearty main courses like fish sayadieh, shish tawook, chicken kabsa, lamb thareed, and beef kofta with sumac onions.

Our live cooking stations add an interactive touch, featuring freshly prepared shawarma and lamb ouzi with a selection of condiments.
